Dr. Phrontis is a brand of Phrontis Holdings LLC, a Virginia company ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect on phrontisfoods.com and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what you give us to join the list, we use it to write to you about Dr. Phrontis, and we never sell it.
What we collect
- What you give us: your email address, your first name if you choose to add it, and whether you'd like a Label Hidden tasting invite.
- What your browser sends: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to run and secure the site.
We count page visits ourselves: which page was viewed, the website or campaign link that sent you, and whether it was a phone or computer. We don't use cookies for this, don't store your IP address with it, and don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or outside analytics tools.
How we use it
- To email you when the Founding Box opens.
- To invite you to Label Hidden tastings, if you opted in.
- To send occasional updates on how the product is being built.
- To answer you when you write to us.
Who we share it with
We don't sell, rent or trade your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and send email, such as our website host, and only so they can provide that service. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it for the purposes above.
Your choices
- Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Email david@phrontisfoods.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. We'll reply within 30 days.
Children
This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email before it applies to information we already hold.
